Prize winner

Sarah Humbert-Vallette d’Osia received the first FFJ/Christian Polak Prize in 2016 for her report entitled « Les habitants de Kyoto face aux bouleversements de la fin d'Edo (1862-1864) (Étude basée sur l'analyse du Takagi Zaichû Nikki ou Journal d'un habitant de Kyoto à la fin du shogunat et sous la restauration Meiji) » (The inhabitants of Kyoto faced with the upheavals of the late Edo period (1862-1864) (Study based on the analysis of the Takagi Zaichû Nikki or Diary of an inhabitant of Kyoto at the end of the shogunate and under the Meiji restoration)).
