Élise VOYAU
PhD Candidate
INALCO
Elise Voyau works on Japanese photography of the 1960s and 1970s, particularly four major photographers of this period, of whom the BnF has collections and prints. These works will be complemented by the amateur photography magazine Camera Mainichi. In addition to studying and highlighting these media for the dissemination of Japanese photography, Elise Voyau's project aims to shed light on the often overlooked links with Western photographic production.
