Akira Takeishi is Professor at Graduate School of Economics, Kyoto University. His research primarily focuses on the management of inter-firm division of labor, innovation process, and the music industry and technological changes. Akira Takeishi has been visiting researcher at FFJ in 2015-2016. During his stay he participated to the FFJ visiting researcher seminar and wrote a Research Statement and a Discussion paper with Yoshihisa Noro (Mitsubishi Research Institute, Inc.): “Keiretsu Divergence in the Japanese Automotive Industry: Why Have Some, But Not All, Gone?”.
